These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the landlord and the guest for the rental of the Karma holiday apartment in Kressbronn am Bodensee.

1. Conclusion of Contract

The rental agreement is concluded upon the guest's booking and the landlord's subsequent written booking confirmation. The booking becomes binding upon confirmation.

2. Payment

Terms The total rental price is due in full no later than three days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the separately stated cancellation conditions, which are part of this contract, apply.

3. Use of the Holiday Apartment

The holiday apartment must be treated with care. The guest agrees to use the apartment and its furnishings with due diligence. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire holiday apartment. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

4. Liability

The guest is liable for all damage to the holiday apartment or its furnishings caused by them, their travel companions, or visitors and must notify the landlord immediately.

5. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Ravensburg.
