Furthermore, when you visit our website, our IT systems automatically collect technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, time of page access).

This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of handling bookings, fulfilling contractual obligations, and responding to your inquiries. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where legal obligations exist (e.g., guest registration), processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Booking Software Smoobu

We use the booking software of Smoobu GmbH to manage bookings. The data you provide (e.g., name, contact details, travel dates) is forwarded to Smoobu and processed there for the purpose of booking processing. This data is processed exclusively for this purpose.

5. Data Transfer

For the legally required guest registration, your basic personal data will be transmitted to the municipality of Kressbronn am Bodensee. Your data will not be transferred to any other third parties unless this is necessary for contract processing or required by law.

6. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes or as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to information about your stored personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, provided that no legal retention obligations prevent this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The responsible authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
