Cancellation policy

Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations or changes within 28 days of arrival, 20% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations or changes within 72 hours of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations or changes after this period, as well as in the case of no-shows, 100% of the booked services will be charged. Early departures are non-refundable.
